Lean Body Low Carb, Labrada

I was the typical guy that was in good shape during high school and college. During those times I was active and worked out diligently. I was around 160 pounds with a body fat percentage of 7%. I could eat pretty much whatever I wanted to and as long as I worked out and played some ball I was good to go.
