watching your weight? try Muscle Milk Light

February 3rd, 2010

I have finally hit the desired weight that I have wanted to reach but I now have to count calories as I’ m now trying to get ripped up. I have always liked Cytosport Products, especially Muscle Milk, and how well it tastes. So I just switched to Muscle Milk Light. Read the rest of this entry »

Myoplex Original quality meal replacement

January 28th, 2010

Myoplex Original from EAS Supplements is probably one of the best meal replacement supplements out there on the market that I have been able to try. It tastes great and comes in a very convenient packet. I don’t use Myoplex Original as a meal replacement I usually use it only post-workout and maybe to add some additional calories throughout the day if need be. EAS Supplements have always produced quality nutritional supplements in my experience. Read the rest of this entry »

Complete Whey is the best I’ve ever tried

January 16th, 2010

I picked up a tub of the cocoa bean Complete Whey, based on a recommendation from a friend. As whey powders go, I was really surprised that it is not only mixed well, but tastes pretty good. I have an irregular workout schedule, because of my work, so when I do work out I need a good whey to help the balance and healing. Read the rest of this entry »

Put on more mass with Isopure Mass

January 10th, 2010

I am really sold on Isopure Mass. I haven’t found a protein that is as good as it. I’ve always had an incredibly fast metabolism that prevented me from gaining muscle. I tried a lot of weight gainers out there, and I can honestly say that most either tasted horribly gritty, or didn’t give me much results. That is, until I tried Isopure Mass, made by Natures Best. CytoGainer mixes good, tastes great and works!

January 4th, 2010

I have been told that I am obsessed with working out. I guess it’s because I am a hardgainer. Others show results so quickly and I wait. A buddy told me to try CytoGainer. He said he has been taking a stack of Cytosport Products and he is definitely cut. I bought the CytoGainer chocolate mint. Read the rest of this entry »

Muscle Milk Light RTD Nutritional Shake: Lose fat fast!

December 29th, 2009

Muscle Milk Light RTD Nutritional Shake helped me lose fat and keep up with my healthy eating. I’m a female college student and I’m super busy taking classes and studying. I spend almost all day on campus away from my apartment and there are not that many places to get a quick healthy meal.

American Whey Protein: Mixability Heaven

December 23rd, 2009

No matter if you choose to mix this protein powder with water or milk, the by product of the mix turns out without any clumps every single time. This was the very first time I ever witnessed this event. A clump-less protein shake! For a real protein drinker like me, as I drink between three and four shakes per day, it’s incredibly important that a protein powder possess this quality, and many do not. American Whey Protein: Makes Protein Shakes Actually Enjoyable

December 22nd, 2009

Being a former employee of a nutritional products company, I’ve tried hundreds, maybe even thousands of nutritional products, many of those protein powders. Most of those protein powders I tried tasted like watery chalk, were overpriced or just didn’t perform for me. I can say that American Whey protein does not fall under and of these descriptors, in fact, just the opposite. Read the rest of this entry »

American Whey Protein: Bar None, My Favorite Protein

December 21st, 2009

By far, American Whey protein is the best protein powder I’ve ever taken, and I’m not just blowing smoke here. I’ve had my fair share of protein powders and shakes over the course of my rather athletic life, and I can say, this protein is where it’s at as far as providing a good amount of protein per scoop, natural ingredients, mixability, and especially, drinkability. I can’t get over how easily this product mixes. Read the rest of this entry »

American Whey Protein: Wild Berry Blast is the Bomb

December 20th, 2009

I’ve tried a lot of protein powders, and I mean A LOT. I’ve been building muscle since I was probably 12 years old – and I’m no youngin’, if that tells you anything – and have taken protein supplements ever since. Taste has never been high on my list of priorities when it comes to protein shakes and drinks. Read the rest of this entry »
