I’m a new Mom and a former competitive athlete. I know how important it was for me to get back into my pre-pregnancy shape fast but sleepless nights and lack of high quality foods in my diet took a toll on my body. American Whey Protein tastes better than most

November 25th, 2009

American Whey protein isn’t too bad tasting, and that was a surprise. It’s nothing that special either, but compared to the majority of other products out there, it is a delight. Read the rest of this entry »

The product itself tastes pretty good, and with the right additions, like fruit or peanut butter, it is a pretty excellent product for increasing protein intake. Read the rest of this entry »

In my experience, these whey concentrates do a great job of giving you the protein, but often there is a big of bloating and other discomfort that many experience. Why take a protein that causes you discomfort? If I’m going to take a product, I want it to give me the gains I’m taking it for and enjoy it. Thats where American Whey protein and its high amount of whey protein isolate comes in.
