Zero Carb, VPX

October 13th, 2009

As a personal trainer with over a decade of experience I know a good product when I see one. And VPX Zero Carb is becoming one of the most popular protein powders for a reason. I use several VPX products myself and recommend them to many of my clients because of their superior nutrition and scientific ingredients.

October 12th, 2009

One of the hardest things to do when trying to transform my physique is walking the fine line of being able to reduce my body fat while gaining muscle. The scientists and athletes at VPX have come up with another industry leading product called Zero Impact MRP. It’s the gold standard of meal replacement powders because of its superior nutrition, convenience, and great taste. I’ve left my old meal replacement powders in the dust and have made the switch to Zero Impact.

Zero Impact 2, VPX

October 11th, 2009

There are regular protein bars and then there are VPX Zero Impact bars. The competition tries to claim that their bars can be used as a meal replacement but they’re nothing more than a glorified snack. Team VPX decided to make a bar that can truly replace a meal. The VPX Zero Impact bar has enough calories, protein, vitamins and nutrients that fuel my body and keep me feeling full until my next meal. It also has virtually no impact on insulin and sugar levels so I can also enjoy it even though I’m on a low carb diet

IDS Smart Gainer Review

October 8th, 2009

I’ve always had a super fast metabolism. When I was a kid I was rail thing and most people told me I would grow and put on some muscle when I got into my teenage years. Well, I can now say that my teenage years have come and gone and I still have a fast metabolism and I never did put on muscle like a lot of my buddies did.

Cytogainer Review

October 7th, 2009

The first time I picked up a weight was just two years ago in my friend’s basement. He was a linebacker for the college football team and weighed in at a monstrous 240 pounds. I on the other hand weighed in at a scrawny 140 pounds and that was with my clothes on. He recommended I try Cytogainer by Cytosport because he said some of the guys on the team were having success with it and packing on some real muscle. He said that now that I was lifting there was a chance I could get bigger. I was skeptical because I have always had a super fast metabolism and even when I tried to eat everything in sight I wouldn’t gain a pound.

Elite 12 Hour Review

October 6th, 2009

I recently finished my first tub of Elite 12 hr Protein from Dymatize and am pleasantly surprised by my results. I was a bit skeptical, as I have always used the same line of protein powders for the last five years, but never achieved great results. Ready to take myself to a new level and rip the lid off of my bodybuilding, I decided to go with the recommendation of a gym trainer friend and try Elite 12 hr. I am really glad I did, because I will be using Dymatize’s Elite 12 hr as my maintenance protein from here on out.

100% Whey Optimum Review

October 5th, 2009

Most protein powders say they are the best on the market so it’s hard to know who to trust. Finding a good protein supplement should be as important as finding the right gym to work out at. So what protein should you choose? If you’re like me I don’t trust slick marketing and fancy advertisements with big words. I asked around at the local gym and from a bunch of personal trainers and most of them recommended Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey because of the superior ingredients, great taste, variety and value.
