I am that kind of a guy who always seemed to be one of the smaller guys in the gym. I can never appear to put on mass. I am a person who is always looking for the latest and greatest, especially when it comes to workout supplements. Isopure from Natures Best is what I eventually settled on to use. I have always been a fan of Cytosport Products taste. All of their products taste great and are great for refueling your muscles. Muscle Milk RTD is all that you expect from Muscle Milk, but it comes in a container for portability and convenience. I have tried so many protein shakes and all of them taste pretty bad. Picked up Extreme Smoothie without any anticipation of this one being any better. I am now hooked on this stuff! The chocolate has a great taste with no aftertaste. Just shake it up, drink it and you are good-to-go. A good amount of high quality protein as well! Not too high in calories or carbs. I drink one in the morning and then another one in early afternoon. Can’t believe that something this good is good for you! I have finally found something that I will be sticking with! (more…)
I have always experienced good things from Natures Best. I have been looking to get more toned, so I decided to switch over to Zero Carb Isopure. It has the purest whey protein source that I have come across, and has a lot of protein with 50 grams. Zero Carb Isopure from Natures Best has whey protein, which is a fast release protein, and so it is ideal for being used directly after you finish your workout. (more…)
When it comes to whey protein supplements, in my opinion, Muscle Milk from Cytosport Products is a king. I really like this stuff for a couple of reasons. I have tried a lot of protein drinks and Extreme Smoothie from VHT is absolutely the best. Besides the fact that it is one of the healthiest things on the market, Extreme Smoothie tastes fantastic. CytoSport Muscle Milk Light RTD stays in my refrigerator. This product is awesome! I enjoy the taste, and the fact that I don’t have to mix anything. It is ready to drink and I can take it with me anywhere. Just like the original Muscle Milk, Muscle Milk Light RTD is loaded with nutrients but has 1/3 less fat and 44% fewer calories. (more…)
It is hard in my opinion to find a more convenient ready to drink protein source than Extreme Smoothie from VHT. It comes in a can and comes in many great delicious flavors. There are many good aspects of Extreme Smoothie, and only one drawback as i see it. It is not the cheapest ready to drink protein source out there on the market today. (more…)
