American Whey Protein is a little too light for those with fast metabolisms

I took American Whey Protein for a little while under the recommendation of a friend who claimed it was the hottest thing since sliced bread. Unfortunately, my friend’s not one to pay attention to detail, and when things such as a very high metabolism come into play, products like American Whey Protein aren’t very good at all. The majority of the product is nothing but protein, which is great for most people. For those of us who burn way more than we can normally eat, not so much.

For anyone needing a higher calorie protein or a weight gainer, American Whey is not going to suit your needs. I wish I knew that before buying it, but everyone has to learn sometime. I don’t have complaints with the product in general, just that its made for specific people rather than everyone in the population.
