American Whey Protein mixes great, doesn’t taste that great

I used to be an avid drinker of weight gainers and some pretty substantial protein supplements. As I aged, I noticed that my body and metabolism just weren’t what they used to be, so I began looking for a product that cut out some of the extra calories while giving me enough protein to support the muscle I spent years building as I aged. I found American Whey protein by chance, and after some short deliberation, I settled on it and began to use it.

I’ve had some pretty bad tasting things, and American Whey is far from terrible, although it does taste very bland. It’s not something that suffers from a pungent aftertaste, but it isn’t as delicious as a high carb and fat shake that leaves me full and satisfied. Such are the trade offs with aging.
