I have always been a fan of Cytosport Products taste. All of their products taste great and are great for refueling your muscles. Muscle Milk RTD is all that you expect from Muscle Milk, but it comes in a container for portability and convenience. I used to take the regular Muscle Milk, but got tired of having to clean out the shaker cup daily and having to measure out protein. (more…)

Complete Whey is the best I’ve ever tried

As whey powders go, I was really surprised that it is not only mixed well, but tastes pretty good.
