Multi Pro Whey Review

For the last 15 years I’ve been involved with exercise and nutrition varying degrees. At times I’ve been in great shape with a body fat percentage as low as 5% and others where I let myself go and my body fat went as high as 25%. In high school I weighed in at a 130 pounds dripping wet. In college I got up to over 200 pounds, which is obese for some of my height (5’7”). I finally decided to get serious again about nutrition and exercise again and am proud to say I weigh in at a buff 170 pounds with 6% body fat. I could attribute it all to me working my butt off in the gym but that wouldn’t be true. A lot of my success goes to utilizing Multi Pro Whey protein by IDS. I’ve tried a ton of different protein powders over the years and there are just as many bad ones as there are good. The reason IDS Multi Pro Whey is different is because of what the pros at IDS put into the formula.

Most protein powders have mainly protein in them and are not fortified with any other vitamins and minerals. And most weight gainers have a lot of vitamins and minerals but have too little protein and way too many calories for most people. IDS has taken the best of both worlds and made one of the best protein powders available. It is a low calorie, low carbohydrate protein powder that is absolutely packed with 23 essential vitamins and nutrients as well as 18 different amino acids! The first time I took it after a workout my muscles felt energized and refreshed. I could literally feel them soaking up all of the awesome ingredients with each drink I took. Multi Pro Whey is aptly named because of the multipurpose protein properties it contains. It is fortified with a specific Anabolic Complex that contains whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, whey permeate and micellar casein. Whey protein is known for its ability to rapidly absorb straight into the muscles and is best taken right after a workout. Micellar casein is a slow absorbing protein that feeds your body amino acids in intervals lasting up to 7 hours.

Each serving contains only 125 calories, 1 gram of fat, 5 grams of carbs and 24 grams of muscle building protein. The synergy of all the ingredients combined work so well that Multi Pro Whey IDS has become my go to supplement of choice. I’ve learned that without a great protein supplement as your base you simply can’t gain muscle and keep it no matter how hard you work out. I work my tail off in the gym and demand a protein supplement that works as hard as I do. IDS Multi Pro Whey will help you just like it did me if you follow the directions on the package and work out hard.

It also tastes great and mixes without all of the annoying clumping that happens with other powders. With Multi Pro Whey IDS you’ll break through to new levels of strength and physique.
