Myoplex Original from EAS Supplements is probably one of the best meal replacement supplements out there on the market that I have been able to try. It tastes great and comes in a very convenient packet. I don’t use Myoplex Original as a meal replacement I usually use it only post-workout and maybe to add some additional calories throughout the day if need be. EAS Supplements have always produced quality nutritional supplements in my experience. It has a good amount of carbohydrates, but it has a good amount of protein at 42 grams of multi-stage absorption protein. I would recommend this product for people who are looking for a good nutrition in a convenient package. I would never say that anyone should use a lot of meal replacements throughout the day, eating actual food is good for you to.
