New Whey Protein Shots Review

Trying to get fit and stay fit has been one of the biggest challenges in my life. I work well over 40 hours most weeks and also have to try and balance spending time with my wife and kids. Most of the time good nutrition is not on my mind.

I remember the day like it was yesterday. I was scrambling in between meetings and I didn’t have a lot of time to eat so I swung through the drive thru at my favorite fast food chain. I ordered the usual cheeseburger, curly fries and a large soda and inhaled it. I felt full and went back to work ready for the meeting. I came in a few minutes late and everyone else was already sitting around the table waiting. I extended my apologies for being a few minutes late and took my seat. As I bending down to sit a button on my shirt popped off because my belly was too fat and the shirt couldn’t contain it. I was so embarrassed and most of my co-workers pretended like they didn’t see it. That was a day I will never forget in my life and after the meeting I went back to my office and remember feeling like I had hit rock bottom.

You see in high school and college I was active in all kinds of sports and did a lot of weight training. I even considered entering an amateur bodybuilding contest because some of my friends thought I had a chance of winning. I guess I was still living in the past but that day the present caught up with me and I vowed to lose the gut and never experience anything like that again. I went and joined a gym right away and also sought out some expert advice on how to eat healthy amidst such a busy life. The lady at the gym who was the personal trainer recommended the New Whey Shot by IDS. She told me that they came in a convenient 3 ounce tube of almost unbreakable plastic and that they could be consumed in as little as 2 seconds. That sounded good to me but I asked her if they tasted like a lot of the chalky disgusting protein drinks I had tried in college. She said they didn’t and that it tasted a lot like a fruit drink. She told me that they only had 180 calories per serving and had 42 grams of this new type of protein that is supposed to be better than whey.

I bought a stash of the IDS New Whey Shot liquid protein shots and was instantly hooked. They tasted great, required no messy mixing or blending, and best of all I felt great after drinking one. To this day I still keep a supply in my desk and at home. I always them around so I’m not tempted to go to the drive thru. I’m happy to say that since I’ve started the IDS New Whey Shot proteins I’ve lost a lot of weight and even gained some of that muscle back from my old college days. Now the only threat of my shirt popping open is because of the new muscle mass that I have. I feel better and look better than I have in a long time. Do what I did and pick up and order of IDS Whey Shot liquid protein shots today.
