It was about three years ago that I stumbled upon weight training. I was training for my next mixed martial arts fight and was well on my way to going to the UFC. I was 13-0 and had won all of my fights by knockout. During a sparring session with one of the trainers I felt my knee pop and I hit the ground like a ton of bricks.

Pure Whey Shot, Champion

October 22nd, 2009

There are a few supplements that come along and change the landscape of an entire industry. Whey protein, creatine, and nitric oxide have all changed the supplement game. Now there is a new protein supplement that will change the way you look at protein forever. It’s the new Pure Whey Shot by Champion. Liquid protein shots are all the rage because of their great juice like taste and texture as well as their small serving sizes.

Pure Whey Stack, Champion

October 21st, 2009

I’ve been involved with competitive power lifting and bodybuilding for over 8 years and I’ve seen every fad supplement come and go. If you want to get lean and strong forget about all the fad supplements you hear about and go out and buy yourself a tub of Pure Whey Stack by Champion. No matter what other supplements you take your body cannot grow without adequate protein consumption. To really build muscle you need to consume about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. For example, I weigh 190 pounds so I need to consume 190 grams of protein per day. That’s a lot of protein and it’s virtually impossible to get that much protein through whole food sources.

Pure Pro, ABB

October 20th, 2009

Being the CEO of a company definitely has its ups and downs. As the Chief Executive Officer of a small logistics company I’ve been able to make a good living. My family is taken care of financially and I have enough money put away to send my son to college when he gets to be that age. One thing about being top dog is that you’re the go to guy whenever there are problems that need solutions. Needless to say there is a lot of stress that is involved. That stress along with working long hard hours has taken its toll on my health. I’ve definitely noticed less room in the waist of my pants and it’s not nearly as easy as it used to be taking the stairs at work.

Steel Bar, ABB

October 19th, 2009

Only the best products survive over time, especially in the supplement industry. If a product does not deliver tangible results it is not going to make it. One of the longest standing protein bars is the ABB Steel Bar. It’s one of the best protein bars on the market because of its superior ingredients and taste. I eat them all the time and they help me look and feel my best. What I love about the ABB Steel Bar is that they keep me on track with my diet. I really like to eat and the worst thing that can happen to me is for hunger to strike while I am not prepared. Too many times has that happened and I find myself enjoying a huge burger, fries, and Coke at a drive thru.

Syntha-6, BSN

It was the end of my junior year in college and my dream of playing college football was dying fast. I needed to pack on some serious muscle if I wanted to try and walk on the team. I was a good athlete in high school and played the three major sports; football, basketball, and baseball. But football was my passion. There was nothing I loved more than hearing the collision of the pads and the cracking of the helmets upon impact. My only problem was that my metabolism is so darn fast that it’s almost impossible for me to gain weight, or so I thought.

Ultramet Bar, Champion

October 17th, 2009

The life of a travelling pitch man is a hard one. We’re on the road constantly travelling to conferences, fairs, and conventions pitching our products. The lifestyle is fast paced and brutal. Good nutrition is usually not at the forefront of our minds and we usually end up eating whatever is fast and tastes good. I’ve been on the road doing this for a living for the past 9 years and all the fair food has caught up with me.

Ultramet Lite, Champion

October 16th, 2009

I hit rock bottom when I tipped the scales at 413 pounds. I had always been obese even when I was a young child but I was only 30 years old and on my way to an early grave. I decided to get stomach surgery and figured that this was my ticket to a long healthy life. I got the surgery and it turned out to be a success. My doctor told me that the aftercare was the most important thing and that I needed to make sure I didn’t over eat but got all the protein and nutrients I needed.

Ultramet Low Carb, Champion

October 15th, 2009

After having twin girls your body is certainly not in tip-top shape. I was sagging, drooping, and about 40 pounds overweight. I wasn’t expecting twins so I was a little overwhelmed by the whole ordeal. I also was having a case of post-partum depression and I was feeling very sluggish and down on myself.

Ultramet, Champion

October 14th, 2009

If you want an extreme body like I do then you need to invest in Champion Ultramet meal replacement shakes. In this fast paced society we live in it is almost impossible to get proper nutrition. It’s no wonder that half the country is severely overweight. I was watching a television show on weight loss and the trainer said it is best to eat 5-6 small meals a day. I thought to myself that would only be reasonable for guys like that whose only job was to look good. I thought to myself there is no way I could prepare all that food and have that much time to sit down and eat 5-6 times a day.
