American Whey Protein is more of what I want, less of what I don’t

I started taking American Whey protein after having some bad experiences in the past with proteins causing my stomach to turn. I saw the product listed as lactose free and being made from primarily whey protein isolate, so my interest was piqued. The product itself tastes pretty good, and with the right additions, like fruit or peanut butter, it is a pretty excellent product for increasing protein intake. I don’t exercise as often as I’d like, but I do find it very important to make sure I get in enough protein during the day to help keep me away from cheating with meals to helping me keep what muscle I do have now. Being low in fat, carbs and cholesterol makes it a great general supplement choice.
